I am pleased to announce that the brilliant Mistress Colette and I recently acquired our private studio from the lovely Mistress Lucinda Archer. Thus, I continue to host you in what is now my very own space in the East Bay, near the foot of the Bay Bridge. The studio is near freeways and major thoroughfares for easy access by personal vehicle or taxi, and can be reached by BART.
The dungeon downstairs is appointed with all the top-quality equipment one heart can desire (and that one body can take!). Scenes of elegant simplicity or of extraordinary complexity may be carried out in the Dungeon:

You could alternatively find yourself bent over my knee in the Governess's Quarters, outfitted with a full complement of necessities for the softer side of BD/SM: Domestic play, Adult Baby time, Forced Femme, Sissy and Cross-Dressing, and much more.
